I gave Copilot and Cursor a try, hoping they'd be my coding superheroes. Instead, they turned out to be that annoying friend who interrupts with clueless suggestions. I’ll stick to my old IDE, where I can really struggle through problems and pretend I’m not missing all those “helpful” shortcuts.

I learned that building a project goes beyond just writing code. I initially wanted to create a taxi service, but a conversation with a friend led me to reconsider. Instead, I’m starting with a simpler idea: a carpool platform that connects riders with drivers. It’s a step back from my original vision, but it makes more sense for my current situation. No code was written this week, but my plan is stronger than ever.
